I was initially his patient for a fistula, which is absolutely perfect for 5 years on 3 times a week at dialysis, well I received an infection in the left foot. A reputable foot surgeon referred me to do Varnagy because of the surgery. Well dr Varnagy removed the left leg below the knee, 3 months later I have my left leg prosthesis and am currently working 9th rehab But the professional way every thing was done was impeccable
Dr. Varnagy is an EXCELLENT doctor! He saved my life and I am forever thankful to him! He did my surgery and within 8 hours of finishing I saw a huge difference in the way I looked because of the swelling that I had prior to seeing him.
Femoral popliteal bypass in 2019 was a total failure. Still 2 years later having more surgeries. Pain never has subsided. Would never recommend this physician to anyone.
Dr. Varnagy put in my Fistula prior to Dialysis. He is a FANTASTIC SURGEON.....he puts you at ease; and Loves to listen to and sing JOURNEY.....ask him...he'll sing for you!!! My Fistula has been going strong for 11 years now! NOT one issue besides the normal Ultrasound and routine cleaning!
Dr. Varnagy performed my surgery 6 years ago and I return to his office from Lakeland annually for my check up. He is wonderful. His bedside manner is like no other Dr. He takes the time to answer all of our questions and even drew pictures so that we would understand the surgery procedure. He was highly recommended to me by another Dr that he had previously performed surgery on. No better recommendation than that. I look forward to seeing him on every visit and I thank him for taking me as a patient.

I wait for two hours to see the doctor and I didn’t see him .his time not important than my time. He should respect the old people when they sit and wait for him .(we have some med to take,we want to take a naps,)

Dr. Varnagy is the most qualified, yet caring surgeon I have been lucky enough to have performed surgeries on my leg. No question is to small or unimportant for him to take the time to answer and you never feel rushed when with him!

An excellent doctor with a Five-Star***** beside manner. Takes interest in the patient and answers all your questions, and gives you time to review anything you need. He was called to the ER for my husband. Was told we needed to wait for him because he had the expertise for my husbands' unusual aneurysm. He had been in a long emergency surgery, but took time to answer our questions and ease our mind as to what the diagnosis and prognosis was. Such a kind and caring doctor! M/M Forth

Dr. Varnagy is an excellent doctor and great human being. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and an expert. He is thorough, and explains every procedure in detail. He does not conduct a procedure unless he is certain that the patient and family are well-informed ready. He practices patient-centered medicine, and take a holistic approach. Because of his expertise, the outcome of his work is exactly what is expected with no complications. I would recommend him to everyone.
