I contacted Mr Valle back on October 7th 2023 looking to re-fi a second on my Property in Ventura County. 20 Acres with around 3 to 4 Million of equity. Only was looking for about 3 to 500 thousand. David said no problem. I can get anything done. Went round and round for months. Always had to contact him with slow response and results. He took all of our sensitive information for credit checks. As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were totally clueless about the mortgage process going into it. In fact, we weren’t even planning to start shopping for a house until we talked with David and asked general questions about mortgages. Working with David was a breeze! He is so kind and helpful. Our re-fi was complicated but he was so kind to call it "multi layered". David always returns calls and emails in a timely manner. He works with very professional associates who are equally diligent. Never flustered, always on task and willing to go the extra mile for us is what we will always be thankful for.
