I contacted Mr Valle back on October 7th 2023 looking to re-fi a second on my Property in Ventura County. 20 Acres with around 3 to 4 Million of equity. Only was looking for about 3 to 500 thousand. David said no problem. I can get anything done. Went round and round for months. Always had to contact him with slow response and results. He took all of our sensitive information for credit checks. Promised multiple times on getting a lender out to see the homes and Property. Week after week had to keep asking what was the delay... read more

In fact, we weren’t even planning to start shopping for a house until we talked with David and asked general questions about mortgages.
