Dr. Ulaszek was my primary care physician for about four years. Unfortunately, he is no longer affiliated with the company that I'm insured under for my health care coverage. Dr. Ulaszek took his time to talk to his patients and perform the necessary physical assessment. He was not rushing and made sure that he provided patient teaching. A genuinely kind person who exuded professionalism. I highly recommend him.

He's an excellent doctor but his secretary is horrible. My dad needed a refill for his plavix today and she hung up on him four times!!! She was getting frustrated because my dad didnt know what the name of his medicine want and my mom was telling him. At one point she shouted if the medication was for her or him. This was horrible, especially since the message didnt seem to get to the doctor. The refill wasnt called into walgreens for my dad.
