I have been a patient of Dr Tsai for about 16 months and could not be happier with the care and treatment I have received. From day 1 Dr Tsai has listened to me whine and complain about my hands. I am a NJ Master Plumber, 59 years old and let's face it, without my hands I am pretty much useless. I need my hands to survive.
