My visit with Dr. Tojo was great. He was very thorough and informative about my situation with a second opinion on having sleep apnea. Turns out I’m clear of it, but still would like for me to keep an eye on any changes.
Dr Tojo is great but his staff is impossible to work with!! We are in the midst of trying to get a simple question answered and they repeatedly drop the ball. After a week of voice mails, they come back with an 'I don't know, try calling the hospital'. We had another medical professional call and after another week they couldn't get an answer either. My husband had stapedectomy surgery in both ears in the early 2000's and we're trying to find out what material those prostheses are made of since he now needs an MRI (urgently)... read more
For the first time I went to a Dr.’s office & the medicine was not sent directly to my pharmacy. I was told, “ when the Dr. Puts in his notes after seeing all his pt’s then the order will be in. People go to see a specialist because they are uncomfortable, scared, and the meds take soo long to send to the pharmacy! This is not OK! Go to the best ENT GROUP WITH DR. Bussel’s group.
