Dr Thorsett and his team took such good care of me! They listened to my concerns and did everything to help me feel cared for. They did a super good job with my knee surgery and the follow-up care as well. He's willing to go the extra distance to help his patients feel the personal care. I highly highly recommend him as a surgeon! And his team is amazing!
Office staff was extremely rude and interrupted me no less that 3 times while trying to schedule an appointment for my son. I called as soon as they opened 2 consecutive days and was told I would receive a call back which never happened. They initially refused to see my child without records from his emergency room visit, although they use an outdated system and had to request the records by mail. 3 days after the ER doctor recommended, they offered to see him without records, which is what I was asking for all along. Saved me more than once.. best doctor, surgeon and the nicest guy you will ever meet. I have never heard anything but rave reviews... not gonna lie.. I love this man.. he is exceptional in every possible way. Three surgeries... gave me my life back.
