Dr. Thomas and his staff are great. They are kind and knowledgeable, and I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with them.
I had hernia surgery with dr thomas 2 years ago and he is a good dr. I'm trying to set up another appointment,, and I called to see if you take my new health insurance, (wellpoint) the front desk person told me it would take a week to find out and they would call me back. I thought it would just be a yes or no. I really need to see a dr. Is this normal procedure?
I would consider Dr. Thomas one of the best surgeons ever! From the moment I walked into his office for my 1st consultation for my hernia issue. The entire staff & him were outstanding! He is very personal with great bedside managers & that speaks for itself.
