I would consider Dr. Thomas one of the best surgeons ever! From the moment I walked into his office for my 1st consultation for my hernia issue. The entire staff & him were outstanding! He is very personal with great bedside managers & that speaks for itself.
Don't expect to ever talk to the office. I have been trying to get through for 3 weeks and I always get answering service even though I call during office hours. Absolutely not acceptable. Dr Thomas is nice but rethinking of using him due to can't get ahold of anyone. Let my doctor aware of this so he doesn't refer other patient to him.
I seriously love everything about Dr Thomas’s bariatric team. Everyone is super friendly and will make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. It’s one of the few appointments I don’t dread going to lol — they make it feel easy and stress-free every time. I’m almost at my three month mark post op and I wouldn’t change a thing. Glad I chose this place!
I have been working with Angela Ibarra and Dr. Thomas MD bariatric surgeon for a couple of months now and every time I go in I feel welcomed if there’s something I don’t understand they take time to speak with me until I do understand. I would recommend this office to everyone, especially close friends and family. They go above and beyond for you.
