I had an appointment scheduled at 2:45pm and when I arrived I was informed that my appointment was at 1:30pm, and that they couldn’t see me. I felt like I had stepped into the Twilight Zone!!!! I was shocked! This office has SERIOUS communication problems in addition to professional treatment issues!! They need a lot more training!! There is something majorly wrong with this clinic!! I never have a problem getting an appointment or if on time being seen not long after I arrive. The receptionist greets me by name. Very friendly and cordial. I love the medical staff. Great Dr office.

Always have to wait to get someone to answer the phone. Always takes forever to see someone. Prescriptions take forever to fill. Been waiting now for twenty minutes just for them to answer the phone..It is ridiculous..If you do not have enough help, hire more.....or make your office more efficient.....
There have been several times my appointment with Dr Garrett has been delayed, however there is appreciative reasoning for this. Dr Garrett always gives excellent care of everyone of his patients. He is compassionate, giving the best care to each of his patients. He goes above and beyond the call of duty.
