I can't express enough how impressed i am with the level of professionalism they have. Instead of cancelling, these guys battled through a snow storm to clean our fireplace! They even took the time to educate me on all the fireplace basics. I will absolutely be recommending them!
I chucked when I read the other two reviews. We used David the Village Sweep twice back in the early 2000's. Owner was courteous and professional the first time. We used them again two years later. This time, owner was rude, curt, and just plain unpleasant. It got to the point were we were almost afraid to saying anything to him in fear of upsetting him more. After he left, we were wondering whether we could have said something in the beginning that set him off like that. Needless to say, we never used them again.
Had the same experience as the other guy. Gave me one price and when they came to the house and finished the job the price was much higher!!
Owner is rude and unprofessional. Would not use again
