Waiting area was short but once in room was a bit of 15 minutes but worth the wait. Dr Terschluse takes his time explaining in great detail and listens to your concerns and works out a plan to address those concerns. I was truly impressed how he listened, explained and drew a diagram as he explained. The nurses and staff are great assisted me with appointments and are not quick to dismiss you.
