Made an appointment over a week ago to change my tires and get an oil change. I specifically say I am bringing my own tires. I show up with the tires and they refuse to install them. Service department has been bad for years and over priced. Last straw. Never buying a car here or doing service again.
Got sideswiped by someone while sleeping. (Perks of living downtown STL). They were able to get parts, paint match, and in my hands in 4 days from when I called. Paint matched perfectly. It’s a 3 stage paint, which is difficult to get perfect. Unfortunately, I have a feeling I will be calling them again and will continue to use them. Super please with everything.
I took my Jeep in for its final free oil change after purchase. The tech advisor advised me that the operation was complete, “…but that the technician noticed my air filter was extremely dirty. Would you like for us to replace that air filter today?” I was skeptical because I do not drive the vehicle in dusty conditions. I said that I did not want the air filter replaced. Have a 2021 Jeep Renegade needing recall work. I work a busy schedule and have no time available to take off. Already pissed off at this company and dealer. 3 to 4 hours, no loaners or shuttle service. I guess I'll drive and hope I'm never in an accident. Repair never will be fixed. Leaving stellantis far behind and never buying another crap product from them or you again. Seriously get it together.
