I took my Jeep in for its final free oil change after purchase. The tech advisor advised me that the operation was complete, “…but that the technician noticed my air filter was extremely dirty. Have a 2021 Jeep Renegade needing recall work. I work a busy schedule and have no time available to take off. Already pissed off at this company and dealer. 3 to 4 hours, no loaners or shuttle service. I guess I'll drive and hope I'm never in an accident. Repair never will be fixed. Leaving stellantis far behind and never buying another crap product from them or you again. Seriously get it together.
Unfortunately I have to say the customer service of the Collision Center is pretty terrible. When I took my vehicle in for an estimate the individual who provided my estimate was very unwelcoming and made me feel like I was a total bother. His attitude should have been my warning. Nonetheless, I booked an appointment for two weeks later on a Monday. I dropped it off on Sunday night and never received any form of communication stating they received my vehicle. We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Ted Gann our salesman. This is our second purchase from them. Ted is a friendly, no pressure type guy.
