Pitiful excuse of customer service, professionalism, and auto service. The check engine light came on and I started having issues with my vehicle. We called David Taylor Chrysler in Mayfield and they said they could get to my car the next morning and they’d call me with an update that day. We dropped it off that night. I took my vehicle in for a repair on a recalled item. Was originally told it was about a two hour job. No big deal, I had other appointments and could take care of that while they fixed my car. We showed up after 4 hours to get my car, and were told that there was some issues and it was going to take a little longer than expected. They 'hoped to have it done by closing'. Not a bad experience at all. Smooth transaction. Easy to work with. Nice people. Very good looking building & car lot. Clean . My only issue….. I Had a tire sensor go out within 3 miles of driving off the lot. It’s my fault for not checking and double checking the Jeep, but would have been nice if the dealership tried to help. I was basically told they couldn’t do anything about it. Overall a decent experience with them.
