My truck has been at this dealership (Mayfield, KY) since June 8, 2023. Today is September 18, 2023 and they still have it. I took my truck to them because it was losing coolant. They looked at it and stated that they changed out the coolant reservoir and that they test drove it and no leaks. I drove it home and it had already lost coolant. Took it back and then they said I needed a new head gasket. They changed the head gasket and stated that they drove it and all is good. Let me start off by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Started out with a friendly wave as we were pulling in. Thurman was very helpful with answering all of our questions before we came in to see the car. He made the buying and trading in process painless and quick!
