The service department at this dealership is terrible. My husband and I bought a 2015 Cadillac SRX from them in 2018. They knew full well that the 2015s has headlights that would slowly burn out over time so that the car is unusable at night. They will not even call back to remedy or talk to me about it. Recently there has been a recall on the cars due to front end grinding and they said they’d “put my name on a list” for when the parts came in. It’s was 3 months ago.
