Professional, friendly, efficent and skilled are the words that come to mind in regard to LVPG Pinegrove. Dr. Russell is the best!
He is very attractive. He was able to get me a prescription for my inhaler that works. I got my bloodwork results back and he responded immediately and I didn’t have to wait a full week only to find my previous doctor hadn’t even looked at them. He makes you feel that you are his only patient and listens to you really listens. I finally found a doctor that I can fully trust.

My partner is a patient of this clinic and really likes his GP, but everytime we call the lady who answers the line is extremely rude and talks out of line when completely unnecessary. He asked to see the doctor today for the purpose of his medicine, as a wellness checkup. She curtly responded that she's 'Never heard of a wellness check before but whatever' Seriously?? We really like this practice but hopefully they find a better receptionist soon.
