Excellent experience! Everyone I had dealings with was courteous and professional. This is the second procedure Dr. Palma has done on me and he was awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Palma and Greenville Endoscopy.
Dr Palma was very sympathetic to my situation and made sure to discuss any concerns I had before the procedure. He was soft spoken and his bedside manner was just what I needed during a stressful time.
Dr. Palma sat with me to explain the needed procedure in detail. He answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and left with greater understanding of the procedure.
