Called regarding a scheduled an appointment, had to cancel abruptly due to family emergency… I have been a patient for over a decade, had a family emergency today and when I called to canceled and explain, his secretary said ‘let me put you on hold’…when she picked up the line she rudely informed me I should find another dentist as ’he couldn’t afford’ to see patients cancel regularly’. and that I had a balance on my account…I hope he closes his practice what a joke, I’ve never been a patient of his for almost a decade, his ... read more
I have an emergency and really needed to see a dentist. But they refused to see me. Will be going else where.
He was an easy to talk to Dentist. He was thorough and yet very personable. He explained everything to me and I wasn't lost during what he was doing. I would suggest him to any and everyone!!! Great job Dr. Brown!
Ummmmm....I find that hard to believe.... Excellent practitioner!
