I used David for an issue with the seller of my home about 2 years ago. All we did was write a demand letter. Mostly everything was fine and I could see myself using him in the future maybe, however he made grammatical errors and when I had him fix them he charged me for his time to do so. After calling him out for charging me to fix his errors he agreed to reimburse me only part of it and I did not feel like arguing so I let it be.
