I agree with the other reviews here where the Dr. diagnosed my condition and prescribed options as well as medications and supplies to support my comfort level. YET; there seems to be a nurse who answers their call line that is not completely in alinment with my needs. I've only had this happen to me this one recent incident but... now I am very uncomfortable because I will not go along with their protocol.
