Dr Surdaka is a good Dr. However his staff, Martha especially is horrible. After she failed to get my appt, for that day, approved. Then she literally hid behind a wall pole while the other girl told me. She's a joke.

Absolutely the worst Doctor in Tulare county. In 2015 he performed a knee replacement on my knee. He damaged one of the main nerves that run to your foot given me what they call a drop foot. I have no idea what other damage he did because they won't show in your medical records when doctors make mistakes. His follow up proved to me his incompetence and grossly inadequate post surgery care. I had to have another surgery to correct some of his mistakes.
