I hired Dave Stroud to insulate and frame a commercial building I was remodeling. The building needed Engineered blueprints and he followed the prints perfectly. Even made a few adjustments along the way as I made a few changes. He later came back to help the HVAC guys make an area for their furnaces above and didn't even charge more for this.
