Bought a golf cart from Dave Stormer a few years ago and it needed repairs as it did not run. We had them bring it in for repairs and after $513.01 in supposed repairs (which included $100 to replace the windshield that broke in their shop), the cart did not run. They would not bring the cart back without charging us first, so they would not allow us to test drive it.
