Very thorough & helpful with new suggestions regarding self cathing & recurring UTI'S
My mother was told she was getting a procedure to remove her kidney stones, instead received a stent and introduced to Dr Dunn, the surgeon who was supposed to remove the kidney stones, who was not in the OR, whose scheduler was supposed to call, and hasn’t for the last week, while my mother deals with a golf ball sized kidney stone among others. Extremely displeased with Dr. Goldstien's inability to properly submit prescriptions (multiple time) with the proper diagnosis for drugs requiring insurance approval. Once turned down I had to wait 90-days to resubmit. Then the prescription he did manage to get approved was dosed so poorly that my lab work after three months showed a worse results than what I first tested at when I went to him. He was very dismissive and unprofessional. I have changed doctors.
I have been a patient of Dr. Goldstein's for years now. He performed an operation on me about (7) years ago for BPH, still in excellent condition. All went well, everything the good doctor said was true. I have zero problems talking to Dr. Goldstein, he explains thing quite well. I believe he is at the top of his game, exceeds expectations!
Dr. Goldstein was rude and dismissive. I could have gotten better medical advise from my trash man.
