David Stephens and his team are incredibly competent, hard-working and reasonably priced for their effort and expertise. I called them after my shower started backing up and my basement flooded with wastewater, and David came out the very next day to clear a major obstruction in my sewer pipe. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and quickly solved the problem. After learning the pipe was likely 100 years old we hired David again to return and replace the pipe out to the street. Got a referral from a friend and called to explain the problem. Got a call back to set appointment. When the technician and helper showed up on time they went to work immediately. Told me what they found and suggested the solution. When they were done the problem was solved. Thank you very much for a great experience and outcome.
