one the kindest most personable doctors. takes the time to explain things in easy to understand ways, and wants to make sure you understand what's happening in your body. really made me feel comfortable (which is SO RARE, especially as a woman of color patient). a very nice man.
Dr. Mazza listens carefully, he patiently explained the medication and recovery plan. Very supportive and caring.
I saw Dr Mazza for a consultation because of history of blisters in my mouth . He was very polite and listened to my concerns. He gave me a tentative diagnosis and ordered some lab work. I have other medical issues and forgot to call for my results . I was shocked the doctor never contacted me because he advised me my referring doctor neglected to advise me of some lab work she ordered. I don’t think I will return he didn’t seem worth me traveling 2 1/2 hours as he doesn’t seem to follow up.
DR. Mazza is impatient and impolite to me when I had my appointment. Doctors should be caring and make their patients feel comfortable. There are so many doctors besides him so I won't be going back to dr. Mazza's office
