The process of signing with a new lender was very slow. I had and shared concerns on meeting deadlines to ensure a smooth transition and no additional fees. The payout amount from previous lender to new lender increased and was not correct...At this point, I have been rolled into a renewal at a higher rate, fees for NOT paying out lender, discharge fees from previous and lenders fees.
