I called today to update my car insurance and spoke with Kathy Harvey. She was amazing! Not only was she very pleasant to talk to she was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and she help me save money. Kathy you are a gem!!!!
"I've been trying to contact SafeFarm for the past three weeks with no response. Their lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts via email and phone, I haven’t heard anything back. This poor level of customer service.
I have been doing business with Kathy and David for over 20 years, and they have been nothing but knowledgable and helpful in all aspects. Any time I have ever left a voicemail, it is returned within minutes. I have never worried about my coverage with this awesome team and highly recommend them to anyone!
This was the Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any insurance agency. Not only were they not knowledgeable about their own business policies. The agent(s) (Cathy and David) proceeded to get upset because I recognized they were ignorant on ride share business policies and called them out on it. It’s ok to say I don’t know, but please don’t get upset when you don’t know. The fact that the office deals with businesses and does not know what an EIN is, BLOWS MY MIND!
