LOVE, LOVE his work. He's very professional, efficient, did a GREAT job considering our windows were super dirty. He is very meticulous with his work. After he finishes, he went back and look at every window to make sure he didn't missed anything. He did 4 of our neighbors and they love his work. A must hire!!!!!!
Dave came out to our home to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. He coordinated with us to make sure his work was not undone by rain storms, which delayed the actual appointment (by choice). He cleaned the windows inside and out, and all screens. David was wonderful to work with. Fast, friendly, efficient, and very reasonable. He first conducted a preliminary check with his scope, and if you found anything then he would schedule time and provide you with a quote. For him to come out and to do a check, it was only $40; which to me is a small amount to pay to verify if I need the service or not. I'll be recommending him to my neighbors and friends for sure.
David Stears has been cleaning my rain gutters for 4 years. He does a great thorough job. He honest, fair, clean, reasonable rates and great customer service. We need more people like David.
