Went in for a service and dinged/scratched my door in the process. They attempted to buff it out and forgot to remove the wax which caught my attention as I picked up my vehicle. Notified the service manager. He got heated and explained I was the one who damaged it and was trying to pull a quick on on him. The worst automotive and service experience off my life. I can’t discourage people enough from going to this dealer and service department.

I've never taken my vehicle anywhere except this location it has changed from David Stanley to Greg Darnell. Greg Darnell has helped more than any place, time, or even come close to the price is almost impossible and that is amazing for a dealership I will not go no other place. David was great but I will tell you this I will never ever ever.

Had a issue with my vehicle and paid the fee for them to troubleshoot. There answer made no sense. I was told they would swap the parts and test again. I paid 160 for them to spend 30 seconds doing the minimum amount of work. They wanted me to spend over 700 to try something out. I asked the service agent about it and was blown off because I was upset. Extremely disappointed in the entire visit. Don’t waste your time find somewhere else.

For the second time in a row, they have failed to fill the windshield wiper fluid of my wife's car. The first time, I assumed there was a leak, they checked, and apologized for not filling the fluid, no leak was found.
