Love everyone at State Farm St Charles!! They are always prompt in returning phone calls and willing to help with all your insurance needs. Michelle and Joy have been especially helpful to my family and I. They have both been very helpful with a recent car incident. Both are very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and prompt in returning phone calls and taking care of all of our insurance and business needs. The David St. Charles team has been taking great care of us since our arrival in Tennessee in late 2020. At that time we were dealing with changing over out-of -state policies. We needed some information yesterday, and when we stopped in at the agency, Michelle greeted us graciously.
