Insurance is insurance, but this local office and it's amazing people are what make dealing with State Farm a pleasure! Natalie is the most caring and compassionate individual I've ever worked with in regards to our insurance needs! She has always gone above and beyond with any claim we've had...even filing a claim with an at-fault party's insurance, on our behalf. She a gem. The whole crew at this office are amazing individuals and I highly recommend using them to see if they can offer what you need.
After my accident I really didn't know what to do. Natalie Farrow was amazing!! Even though State Farm isn't really involved, Natalie has gone above and beyond to help me navigate through this difficult situation. So thankful to have her and State Farm at my side!!
Braden was an excellent representative, he was very thorough and detailed. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I originally only went in for auto insurance but got renters as well after ge showed me the price (which was cheaper than my current) and when I bundled it it also saved me money on my auto policy, which I'm glad he asked me about. The secretary was very friendly and welcoming. The overall experience has been great.
