There is something seriously wrong with their processes. I had to cancel a surgery I have been waiting months for, right before they wheeled me in to the operating room. I have had a herniated disk for a long time, but it was finally caught on an mri. I had my initial consultation with dr spiro and explained clearly that my disk goes in and out. He said that was fine and the surgery would work. I called for over 2 weeks to schedule an appointment with 0 return calls. I finally get through and oh the scheduler was on vacation... read more
