Not to happy waiting one hour in half and not getting to see the doctor
Dr. Sower has given me various options for treatment and explained each. He did not influence me to make one choice over another. Once I made a decision on the treatment I want, he advised me of any possibilities that might be a side effect of my option. He answered all my questions. He is very professional.
Had a good experience with everyone I met at Beacon
Your asked to be 15 minutes early I had an appointment at 8:30 I was 20 minutes early.and didn't get called back until 8:45 . to me this is unacceptable My time is just as valuable as anyone else's.
