David came and picked up 2 of my rugs—an 8x10 and kitchen runner and had them returned in a week clean, soft, and smelling amazing—like brand new! I have a puppy and training has been rough. Thought I would have to cover my rugs to keep them clean but since I was a first time customer, David threw in a sealant to protect from accidents! Love the care that went into this experience. Thank you, David!
Dave is great the price was lower than others I got quoted also we had out of town guests coming and Dave did a great job of getting my rug back in beautiful condition in record time and he’s a super nice guy.
David did a fantastic job on two area rugs of mine that had never been professionally cleaned. He was personable, prompt and communicative and offered competitive prices. I would definitely use his services in the future!
So very accommodating, helpful, gracious, and did a wonderful job! I nearly cannot recognize the carpet. I didn’t think it was *that* dirty, but got some pretty intense stains on it and thus had no choice but to get it cleaned. He picked it up and dropped it off, and it literally looks better than it did when I first purchased it. They are my new go-to, and I’d recommend they become yours as well! Thanks guys!
I had a little bit of a rug emergency and I called David and Sons and not only did I get an honest evaluation of my rug, David himself gave me an education on rug care, tips, and many suggestions on how to salvage my rug in the meantime. Priceless experience. I will be using them in the future
