David was great. He was very knowledgeable of real estate values in the area. Very good in setting strategies for sale and asking price. He also recommended the minimum cosmetic repairs needed to get the best price. I am an out-of-town owner and David knew the people to call to clear out furniture, clean, and make needed repairs. David Soibatian is the BEST 10/10. David found my dream hope and I was able to find and close a home in less than a month and a half. Even more impressive, we did house searching while I was currently living in a different state. He was extremely attentive, kind, hardworking, and got the job done faster than ever. The minute David walked into my house I felt a connection with him. He is generous, encouraging and kind. David made you feel comfortable and you trusted he could do a good job in taking care of your home. He did just that and I appreciate him so much.
