Called for a quote on some damage - 'no worries, come on down'. Great start. I explained that I needed a few different quotes for insurance. The staff seemed hesitant in their body language and actions, but regardless they agreed to do a quote, took pictures, took my details and would get back to me. I follow up 7 business days later. 'Sorry, we are really busy'. I get that, that’s fine. The team did an amazing job fixing my car - really impressed by the quality and service. Highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.
DSR quoted me for both bumper (insurance) and bonnet repairs (additional). Picked car up yesterday and only bumper work had been done! Whilst i cant fault repairs done, as the car is going to my elderly mum at xmas time - and now not in the condition that was expected i am very disappointed!
