Called for a quote on some damage - 'no worries, come on down'. Great start. I explained that I needed a few different quotes for insurance. The staff seemed hesitant in their body language and actions, but regardless they agreed to do a quote, took pictures, took my details and would get back to me. I follow up 7 business days later.
