I have been trying to get a hold you since October!! He never returns phone calls or emails. Everything I needed help with had to through the 1-800 number. Customer service even tried to get him to return emails for me. This horrible, try to switch agents.
David.... I don’t know who you claimed to talked to and left message. I assure that the contact you claim is wrong. I have documentation of telling Donna when to put our Caddy in storage mode and when to take it out. When I received our new bill 4 MONTHS AFTER IT SHOUD HAVE BE REINSTATED only to find out my Caddy was past the date to take out of storage coverage BY 4 MONTHS. Needless to say. Even though I didn't purchase a policy from them, David was very nice and did manage to beat many other insurance companies on price. This location is worth checking out if you are shopping for insurance.
