This company has been ducking making repairs to my floors for nearly 2 years. Several of my neighbors have had nearly identical experiences. Nothing but a parade of incompetent general contractors and sub contractors.
I recommend The Simonini Group without reservations! I had a complex and time sensitive remodel job at my house and was limited on what I could do after my back surgery. All I can say is that I am an overboard perfectionist when it comes to construction work and The Simonini Group exceeded my expectations. I really had to push the envelope to find a single item to put on the punch list. Highly Recommend!
