Incredible how this office operators so poorly now! I have been a patient for nearly 15 years and the office has steadily gotten worse. Something as easy as calling in for blood work has become a catastrophe. 3 wasted trips to Labcorp, 7 phone calls, 3 times disconnected, and 3 direct calls to the office manager Stacey. Admittedly, I was nervous about my visit with a new rheumatologist, but Dr. Sikes and his entire staff made me feel at ease within minutes. The exam was thorough, and my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and courteous manner. I sincerely appreciate how nice everyone is here!
