I needed to make a change in Probate Litigation Attorney as my 1st Attorney was less than optimal. David was recommended to me by 2 long time established & experienced Probate Attorneys, so changed Counsel. David did very swiftly what I needed him to do, was easy to work with and very responsive. I cannot recommend David Sieling based on my experience with him. I had an initial consultation with Mr. Sieling on May 13 regarding an estate and trust matter involving my elderly father. During the consultation, I found him dismissive and difficult to communicate with, as he repeatedly talked over me. He ended the consultation by telling me he would “be in touch.” What followed was an extraordinary lack of communication.
