The visit went efficiently and everyone was nice to deal with.
overall, a pretty unprofessional experience. for one, i booked with dr. shusterman and was first seen by someone else. when i requested to see a doctor, they put me back into the waiting room until another doctor (still not shusterman) was available. finally, i was put in a exam room where used equipment (a urine funnel) from a previous patient was sitting unwashed in the sink. i was also shuffled between this exam room to another as someone else needed to use that room. while in that new room, a previous patient's records w... read more
