Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr Kaiser for several years. I was always impressed with how he always made eye contact and truly listened when I talked with him. Lots of Doctors are just busy typing on the computer and I felt like they were not even listening to me.... Not Dr Kaiser. He listens asks questions and discusses options. I am very upset he has left ThedaCare. Anyone who is lucky enough to get him for their doctor will be extremely pleased with the care and compassion they will receive.
Very friendly and knowledgeable always detailed
the experience, overall felt more like a business than a healthcare provider. Both the doc and his staff were more interested in providing treatments rather than more overall health which was obvious with the lack of follow up

I had a disappointing experience with this provider. I came in for a routine annual physical and asked one question about night sweats. No new diagnosis was made, no tests were ordered, and no treatment was provided.Despite this, an additional office visit charge was billed to my insurance. He is very friendly and puts you at ease
Putting things on my chart that weren’t even discussed, confusing me about my medication doses, concerned about problems I’m having and just said yup our body changes,
Dr. Klamm loved his job and you easily see that every time you saw him! He retired but still offers his assistance because he genuinely cares!! I'd be elated when scheduling an appointment and getting him!! What a great demeanor and bedside manner! Incredible! I've never met another Dr. as pleasant or as knowledgeable in his field. I'm glad I got to know him!
Dr Pulley is smart, compassionate, kind and helpful. He and his staff work seamlessly to provide excellent patient service. Communication is rapid and they do everything to accommodate my needs. If he is accepting new patients, do not hesitate to call his office.
