Exemplary care.
Disappointing, felt as if I was hardly heard. I understand this was the 4 th urologist I saw with no resolution and that’s why I came to Hackensack meridian. It was way out of my way , but figured my best chance with your great urology ranking. My hopes were quickly shattered.
My experience with Dr. Shin over the past 14 years has been very positive. He is an expert in urology, and he knows and genuinely cares about his patients. He will spend as much time as needed with you, and he will explain options clearly. He monitored my PSA count closely over the years, had tests done when it rose to a concerning level in 2019, and recommended radiation therapy when it was needed.
