As a senior, I wanted the best information regarding a Low-T diagnosis and Dr. Shin's expertise in that area provided the correct assessment, confirmed by own excellent Primary Care Physician in Ridgewood. I highly recommend him.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this doctor. It has been over three weeks since my lab work, and I still have not received my test results. My consultation with Dr. Shin was extraordinarily satisfying. He was attentive and informative and I believe offered me exceptional advice on my condition. He explained all the options in a very balanced way, ultimately recommending holding off on a procedure I expect I would need. His reasoning was very sound.
