The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I got into see Dr. Shepherd 15 minutes earlier than my appointed time. As he entered the examining room he shook my hand. He was very knowledgeable regarding future surgery if necessary and explained in detail anything of concern. He listened and answered any I had.
I think he's a arrogant jerk honestly. His bedside manor is terrible. He seriously must just be an unhappy person. He is sarcastic and doesn't listen to you very well. He needs to retire.
Poor listening skills. Dismissive of patient's previously established diagnosis. Refuses referrals. Overall an extremely abrupt and rude person. Not recommended.
He doesn't believe in giving his parents meds for pain He cut me open I was crying. The nurse was upset because she wanted to give me pain meds I had ordered by my family physician and he said No. I wouldn't take a stray cat to him.
