I don't recommend this doctor particularly if you want a caring and compassionate doctor. He is blunt and he will tell you your insurance won't pay for his cosmetic surgery on your vein. Then he will say, do you want this surgery or not? In my view, I want a second or third opinion. If there was a rating of a no star. I would have put that instead of 1 star.
I required laser therapy and a phlebectomy on my leg and Dr. Shelley did an excellent job for the procedure. However, on visits before and after the procedure, I was rather off-put by Dr. Shelley's bedside manner. He was rather critical of my employment and ability to pay for the procedure (which I was, in fact, able to pay off completely) Likewise, he didn't seem particularly interested in my case and only really gave my problems a cursory glance. Dr. Shelley and his staff is great people especially Amy. Amy has always been real helpful, she.goes above and beyond for her patients, when getting ur procedure done she has excellent bedside manners.Dr. Shelley is on top of it for your veins or whatever you may be in there for. Recommend this office anytime...😁😚
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Shelley butchered my leg. He created more varicose veins, permanent bruising and pain. I asked him to remove an ugly spider vein and he created a cluster of them. Totally ruined my self confidence. Also, you can NEVER get ahold of anyone to make a follow up appointment. It can take months to get a call back. Do NOT recommend!!!!
Just had to have a vericose veins removed. Dr shelley and his staff were very great! He answered all my questions in great detail and made sure I was comfortable. The staff was very professional and compassionate!
