Well I used to like him and thought he was a compassionate human. I've been a patient for 10 years but now his prices are just way out of my limit. I understand he's running a practice but I just can't do $500 for a follow-up visit. I have a lot going on and I could have used his expertise but he let me down. Never thought I would write a negative review for him.
If you are seeking diagnosis or are at the very beginning of having symptoms, Dr. Saperstein is a good diagnostician and his diagnoses are well respected by the greater PHX medical community. However- this is not the doctor who can help you manage symptoms long term. His scope is very narrow and I found myself wasting time and money waiting for him to have new ideas as previous ones proved ineffective for me. They have you fill out rigorous surveys and intake forms and then demand thousands of dollars CASH and 4 months of waiting to be seen by this doctor. He does not take insurance and they are closed on the only free day I have off (Wednesdays). So much greed, still no answers for my medical conditions. Women deserve better treatment.
By far the most positive, informative, & compassionate doctor I’ve seen. So many questions answered. I regret not seeing him sooner.
Dr. Saperstein M.D. and Jamie Kozak P.A. are true professionals that truly care about their patients. The knowledge about rare and complex diseases is second to none. They’re always up on the latest tests, treatments, and technology, which I appreciate. Their office staff are the most effective & efficient I have ever encountered among medical professionals in 30 years.
