I took off work early to make the trip to get my watch adjusted and no one was in. Make sure to call before you make the trip. Stopped by on a Friday and they were already closed by 3:45pm. No holiday or reason…
David Scott was wonderful I was able to take care of a gift via email. Prompt response and had everything ready, wrapped and ready for pickup. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Took my watch in to repair my bezel. They sent it to the company which wanted to replace the whole bezel which was almost as much as the watch. I was so heartbroken. When they received my watch back they kept it a few extra days to see if they're was anything they could do. They got creative and was able to fix my bezel, I couldn't be happier! They went above and beyond and I am so thankful for them! They're awesome!!! Thank you all so very much!!
Just plain fantastic friendly service. No pretentious attitudes. Great selection of Tissot, Oris and Luminox watches. Plenty of Gold and Diamond jewelry for everyone. Just a great store with great people.
