Was a little disappointed in their customer relationships about a watch $600 from them about 7 years ago took it in to have a battery change Price was good but they didn't bother to text me and say it was ready but didn't set the time nor the date they used to take better care of their customers now it seems like they're like every other place.
I took off work early to make the trip to get my watch adjusted and no one was in. Make sure to call before you make the trip. Stopped by on a Friday and they were already closed by 3:45pm. No holiday or reason…
