Very quick, kind staff. Got my appointment in within a week to remove wisdom teeth. Healed with minor complications, was reassured AND treated for any concerns/issues I had.
It was an overall gratifying experience. From the reception desk to the prep room. The Dr and the assistants were all very patient and helpful. Follow up calls to see how everything was progessing was also greatly appreciated. This is the place to go whenever you need oral surgery of any type.
Everything was explained well and there were no surprises. Very caring and kind group of people working hard to give you a painless experience.
Only took about 5 minutes to remove tooth and very little pain afterward. It took longer to prep and send insurance card.
My visit with 0ral Surgery Associates went very well. I was treated by Dr. Schmidt and his staff with respect answering all of my questions and was informed of what to expect during the surgery and how to handle things following the surgery.
