"I had a really frustrating experience with this doctor's office. For months, I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment because my insurance specifically chose this doctor as my Primary Care Physician. Every time I called, I was met with an annoyed receptionist who told me that the doctor wasn’t in-network. Why isn't this updated information available? I was a patient of Dr Sachtlaben for nearly 15 years and there was never a visit that was anything less than wonderful. He took great care to address my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure they would be resolved. I wish I still lived close enough to maintain him as my primary care physician!
