Josh at the Lexington office spoke with me for over an hour across several phone calls. He did not try to convince me to purchase with Geico, he just gave me the information on their rates and then spent time explaining all the parts of the policy I can change in order to get the best rate and coverage, giving me the tools to shop around for the best plan for me possible. Can't recommend his service enough.
