The owner keeps deleting my reviews. My whole family has been patients for 3 years since they bought out our dentist practice. And I am a Google Local guide lvl 6. It's a shame that Google let's owners control which reviews to allow on their business. It makes their rating worthless. This places lies to you and then when you ask billing questions they insult you and threaten you. Make sure you record any phone calls with them because they will deny insulting you the moment the words leave their mouth.
I was a patient for over a decade when Dr. Platt bought out my Dentist 3 years ago. It's been nothing but trouble ever since with that office. One thing after another. The latest is they delete every negative review. I am a real customer for years. I was poorly treated along with many others and we may never know how many reviews were deleted. It is definitely a 5 star for the doctors but there is one receptionist that pulls the rating down. She is the most unkind,unpleasant person and non helpful person to have working in the office. She needs a different assignment because PR is not her good qualities.I do not even enjoy calling the office for an appointment.
Dr Platt has been our family dentist for 20 plus years. If you want a dentist that actually cares and remembers you then he's your guy! I'd give him 5 stars if I could
